1. Nature of Professional Services

User acknowledges that the use of the ROI Calculator and Operational Diagnostic tool does not constitute a formal consulting engagement. A binding professional relationship is only established upon the execution of a formal Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Accuracy of Diagnostic Output

Results provided by the ROI Calculator are estimates based on user-provided data and industry benchmarks. RidgePoint Strategies makes no guarantee of specific financial outcomes or "leakage" recovery without a full manual audit.

3. System Agnosticism & Liability

RidgePoint provides architecture recommendations. The final selection, licensing, and legal compliance of third-party software (ERP/CRM) are the sole responsibility of the Client.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, and the "Insights" library content are the exclusive property of RidgePoint Strategies. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
